We employ LED drivers that are certified by UL. Every component is meticulously positioned and soldered to ensure that the LED operates within a specified maximum wattage, utilizes the proper dimming method, and maintains an accurate power factor.

From the process of drying to the accurate determination of color, and from checking the placement of the LEDs to the wire bonding, we have established stringent criteria for each stage of inspection.
By adhering to these standards, we can ensure the removal of any defective LEDs with complete reliability.

The design of a lighting fixture is crucial as it creates the initial impression, hence we leave no room for even the smallest imperfections. Whether it’s the texture produced through casting or the injection molding process, an uneven layer of electroplated aluminum, or variations in size or specifications, we strictly prohibit these issues from occurring and ensure that no product with such defects proceeds to the next production stage.

With LED drivers, LEDs, and housing in readiness, the assembly workshop is now poised to integrate all the components together.

Anova adheres to a standardized assembly procedure, utilizing a Bill of Materials (BOM) for each type of LED light, which outlines the proper method and specifications for light assembly. It is imperative that all workers complete the assembly tasks in accordance with the provided sheet.
